Ajay Garg

Ajay Garg began their work experience in 1993 as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Essar Steel. Ajay then moved on to dsp merrill lynch in 1996, where they served as a Vice President until 2002. In 2002, they co-founded MAPE Advisory Group and held the role of Co-Founder until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, Ajay worked at Equirus as a member of the company. In 2012, they joined Kwench - Employee Engagement Redefined as a Director, and stayed with the company until 2019. Their most recent role was as a Director at CRIF India, where they worked from 2014 to 2021.

Ajay Garg attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a PGDM degree. Prior to that, they studied at L.D. College of Engineering from 1989 to 1993.
