Alexandra L.

Alexandra L. is an experienced program manager and communications director currently serving as an Associate Program Manager at Equis Research and as the Director of Communications on the YPN Board for Latinas Lead California. With a robust background in operations and development at Common Cause, Alexandra has successfully implemented donor cultivation strategies and organized nationwide trainings. Previous roles include serving as a Board Member for both Santa Rosa Academy and IGNITE National, where substantial contributions to civic engagement and college chapter support were made. Alexandra has also held multiple leadership positions at UC Santa Barbara, including Basic Needs Pilot Program Coordinator, where innovative programs addressing student needs were developed, and Chair of UCSB Lobby Corp, managing substantial budgets and promoting student interests. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in History of Public Policy & Law from UC Santa Barbara and a High School Diploma with a media and technology emphasis from Santa Rosa Academy.
