Shradha Jha

Shradha Jha is an experienced professional currently serving as the Operations Lead at Zomato since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shradha worked at Globiva for two years, where responsibilities included leading a quality team, providing status updates and reports, developing and executing tasks, and regularly assisting team members.
