Bianca Ortiz Wertheim

Bianca Ortiz Wertheim is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Advisor for the Latino Talent Initiative at Equis Research and as a Senior Project Consultant in Communications and Strategy at M&C Saatchi World Services. Previously, Bianca held the position of Director of Infrastructure Implementation for the State of New Mexico and served as Cabinet Secretary for the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management. Bianca also has an extensive background in governmental affairs, having worked as Chief of Staff and State Director in the Office of U.S. Senator Tom Udall. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from the UNM Anderson School of Management.
