Jessica Clavette

Jessica joined Equistone in 2022 with 12 years of international experience advising on environmental and social sustainability issues and trends.

Before joining Equistone, Jessica spent nearly six years in consulting, most recently at Sancroft, a sustainability consulting firm, where she supported corporations and financial institutions in responding to emerging regulations and developing sustainability strategies. While there, she focused on working with private market firms to implement ESG practices across the investment lifecycle. Previously, she worked on and led several high-impact projects that addressed societal challenges in the US, Australia and the UK.

Jessica graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Political Science and Economics. She holds a certificate in ESG investing from the CFA institute.
