Carlo Andrea Volpe serves as the Chairman of Equita Real Estate since January 2024 and has been a Partner and Co-Head of Investment Banking at EQUITA SIM since June 2008, where Carlo Andrea also heads Corporate Advisory services. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Italian coverage in Investment Banking at Citi from 2000 to 2009, Manager at Schroders Corporate Finance from 1997 to 2000, Senior M&A Professional at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance from 1996 to 1997, and in the Business Valuation Group at Coopers & Lybrand Corporate Finance from 1994 to 1996. Carlo Andrea Volpe holds a Business Administration Degree from Luiss Business School, completed the 39mo Corso Ufficiali di Complemento at Accademia Guardia di Finanza, and earned a Master's in International Finance from San Diego State University.
