Xavier Lofton

Xavier Lofton, MPH, currently serves as the Health Equity and Outreach Manager at Equitable Cities LLC, since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the Prevention Institute, where Xavier coordinated adult learning series focused on racial justice and violence prevention, and at the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation as a High School Postsecondary Advisor. Previous positions also include Community Engagement and Capacity Building Specialist and Health Justice Fellow at the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Public Health. Xavier's early career involved community-oriented roles, such as Recreation Leader at Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and Youthworks Monitor at the Philadelphia Youth Network. Xavier holds a Master of Public Health from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Hofstra University.
