Equitable Food initiative
Matt Rogers is the General Manager and Co-Founder of AgSocio, a company specializing in providing agricultural labor solutions in the US. Since April 2018, Matt has led efforts to support farmers with qualified work crews. Alongside this role, Matt serves on the boards of the Equitable Food Initiative, CIERTOGlobal, and the Grower-Shipper Association of Central California, while previously being a council member for the National Center for Farmworker Health. Matt's extensive experience includes over nine years at Whole Foods Market in various leadership roles focused on produce coordination and supply chain management, as well as a strategic partnership with EARTH University in Costa Rica. Earlier career highlights include serving as National Sales Manager for Preserve and contributing to environmental policy development at the New Jersey Office of Sustainable Business. Matt holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from Villanova University.
