Melissa Grober-Morrow

Melissa Grober-Morrow serves as the Vice President at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, where responsibilities include overseeing operations, policy, strategy, and communications. Previously, at AARP, Melissa held the position of Thought Leadership Director for Financial Resilience, co-leading a global initiative recognized as a World Changing Idea by Forbes. At Prosperity Now, Melissa progressed from Programs and Development Fellow to Director of Savings & Financial Capability, implementing strategies to enhance savings programs for low-and-moderate income households. Prior roles include Senior Director of Economic Opportunity Programs at Points of Light, where Melissa launched a national workforce training program, and Director of Membership and Programs at the New York City Financial Network Action Consortium, managing tax preparation services for low-income individuals. Melissa holds an M.P.A. in Public Policy from New York University and a B.A. with honors in Psychological and Brain Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University.
