Cristina Morales

Cristina Morales is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Group Retirement & Employee Benefits Marketing at Equitable, where a new Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) for Group Retirement was successfully launched. Previous roles include a decade at TIAA, where Cristina held various leadership positions such as Head of Brand Experiences and Head of Marketing Transformation, and notably led successful campaigns targeting women and multicultural segments. Cristina has also served as Senior Vice President & Managing Director at RED F / ROJO and held key marketing roles at Bank of America and Ford Motor Company, demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, multicultural marketing, and content marketing. Academic credentials include a BA in International Relations & Latin American Studies from Brown University, an MBA in Marketing from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
