Shelby Hollister-Share

Shelby Hollister-Share has extensive experience in life underwriting and strategic operations within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer for the Life Business at Equitable since January 2020, Shelby also holds the position of Managing Director and Head of Life Underwriting. Prior roles include Head of Life Underwriting at AXA US, Senior Vice President of Life and Health Underwriting at Swiss Re, and Vice President of Life Underwriting at Genworth Financial. Additionally, Shelby was Vice President and Chief Underwriter at MassMutual Financial Group and Underwriting Director at The Hartford. Shelby earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Mary Washington, attending from 1977 to 1981.
