Fabian Narez

Fabian Narez currently serves as the School Operations Manager and ELOP Coordinator at Equitas Academy Charter Schools since October 2023. Previously, Fabian held leadership roles at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy from November 2018 to November 2023, including Director of YOLA at Camino Nuevo and YOLA Program Coordinator. From December 2013 to November 2018, Fabian contributed to community youth development as a Music Mentor in the Mariachi Master Apprentice Program (MMAP), focusing on education and cultural empowerment. Earlier experience includes customer service and sales roles at Pedalers West and support functions at the NESFV Work-Source Center, showcasing a diverse skill set in operations and community engagement. Fabian earned a degree from California State University, Northridge, between 2013 and 2017.
