Sofia Roditti

Sofia Roditti currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Equitas Academy Charter Schools since July 2022. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at San Diego Unified School District, where Sofia has worked as both Chief of Staff and Area Superintendent since July 2014. Additionally, Sofia held the position of Director of School Transformation at the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools. Sofia is an alumna of the University of Southern California.
