Pamela Backus-Diggs

Pamela Backus-Diggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, leadership, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Lead Recruiter at Equitas Health since April 2021, Pamela develops recruiting plans focusing on Medical Center positions and oversees training for team members. Additional roles include a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty, Inc., and Leadership and Grant Writing Consultant at PBD Effective Leadership since 2010. Pamela has held previous positions as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hikma Pharmaceuticals and Human Resources Recruiter at Speed Commerce. An educational leader, Pamela managed high schools within Columbus City Schools and Lansing School District, and has experience in teacher evaluation and professional development.
