Antony Francis

Antony Francis has over two decades of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Head of IT Infrastructure and Interim Chief Information Security Officer at Equitas Small Finance Bank since December 2015. Antony has held multiple leadership roles within the bank, including Vice President II and Vice President I. Prior to this, Antony gained extensive experience at Catholic Syrian Bank from November 2003 to December 2015, rising through the ranks to the position of Assistant General Manager (IT). Earlier in a career that began as a Senior Software Developer at Duke Soft - India from March 2001 to October 2003, Antony has developed a strong foundation in software development and IT management.
