Rashmi Dhar

Rashmi Dhar has extensive experience in the banking industry. Rashmi is currently working as an Associate Vice President at Equitas Small Finance Bank since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at RBL Bank from May 2019 to March 2021. Rashmi also worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Senior Manager from October 2015 to October 2018. Rashmi started their career at ICICI Bank in May 2012 as a Product Manager - Deputy Manager, where they worked until October 2015.

Rashmi Dhar completed their Class X education at St. Mary's School in Shillong. Rashmi then pursued a degree in Science at St. Anthony's School from 2005 to 2007. After that, Rashmi enrolled in INDIRA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT (MCA), Pune, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from BIMM Pune in 2012. Rashmi also pursued another MBA degree in Marketing from Sri Balaji University in Pune, which was completed during the same period from 2010 to 2012.
