Vikram Diwakar

Vikram Diwakar has extensive work experience, starting with their role as Assistant Vice President at Equitas Small Finance Bank since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Advantmed from October 2017 to June 2019. Vikram'searlier experience includes working as a Senior Operations Manager at SPi Global from November 2012 to August 2017. At SPi Global, they were responsible for managing operations and delivery in the USA, improving quality management systems and first-time resolutions, defining occupancy rates and capacity utilization per shift, and leading a team of over 100 Subject Matter Experts. Vikram also implemented new incentive plans and automated data ingest.

Vikram Diwakar completed their education with a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Madras A.V.I.T. College, from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce & Finance from the University of Madras Guru Nanak College, from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold two certifications as a Prince2 Project Management Certified professional, which were obtained in October 2015 from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
