Jana Hassan has a diversified work experience spanning over several companies. Jana started their career at Pineland Hotel and Health Resort in 2010, where they held various roles in the front office and guest relations departments, gradually progressing to become the Front Office Manager. In 2016, they joined JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai as an Assistant Guest Relation Manager. Since 2017, Jana has been associated with Equiti Group, initially as an Operations Officer and later as a Senior Operations Officer. Jana then advanced to the position of Back Office Manager before assuming their current role as the Head of Payments Operations & Customer Experience, a position they have held since April 2022.

Jana Hassan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Lebanese International University in 2014. Jana has also obtained various certifications, including UAE Financial Rules and Regulations, Global Securities Operations, Operational Risk, Introduction to Securities and Investment (International), Fraud Prevention, The Power of Excel Advanced Skill, Sign Language - Level I, edX Honor Code Certificate for Introduction to Global Hospitality Management, and The Sales Activator. Jana has additional certifications in Anti-Money Laundering, Information Security and Cyber Risk Awareness, Preventing Market Abuse, Senior Managers and Certification Regime - Conduct Rules, and Treating Customers Fairly.
