Ryan Donkers

Ryan Donkers, CPA, CA has extensive experience in the real estate investment industry. Ryan has held various roles at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, starting as a Senior Staff Accountant at EY in 2000 before joining RioCan as an Assistant Controller in 2003. Ryan then progressed through the ranks at RioCan, serving as a Manager, Director, and Assistant Vice President of Investments. During their tenure, they oversaw the sale of RioCan's entire USA portfolio to Blackstone for $1.9 billion in 2015-2016. In 2018, Ryan was promoted to Vice President of Investments at RioCan, where they successfully strategized and executed real estate acquisitions and dispositions across Canada and the USA. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Investments at Equiton Inc. Overall, Ryan has a track record of creating innovative solutions for complex deals, focusing on process improvement and strengthening relationships to enhance market presence.

Additionally, they completed their professional certification with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2003.
