Etan Bluman

Mr. Bluman is the Senior Vice President, Finance & Investor Relations for Urban Edge Properties. Since joining Urban Edge as the Tax Director in 2017, Mr. Bluman has overseen the Company’s tax department while also playing an instrumental role in the Company’s debt financings, transactional structuring, and asset management. Prior to joining Urban Edge, Mr. Bluman was a Manager in EY’s New York real estate tax practice. Mr. Bluman is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BS in Accounting from Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University and a Masters in Tax from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
