John Golden

John oversees the underwriting, due diligence, and closing processes for the Acquisitions team and leads the office product vertical at Rising Realty Partners. John is also responsible for sourcing prospective investment opportunities, strategic business plan creation, and pipeline management. John also collaborates with brokers, lenders, and legal counsel to lead the negotiation of loan documents, purchase & sale agreements, and joint venture docs.

Prior to working at Rising, John was a Senior Associate at KPMG, where he reviewed and executed the fair value analysis for over $3 billion of trophy office properties, developments, multi-family developments, and industrial properties for private equity real estate funds.

John earned his bachelor’s in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also has a Certified Public Accountant license (inactive) in California.
