William Mecke

William Mecke is a skilled project coordinator and geologist with experience in geological analysis and project management. Currently employed at Equity since December 2020, William facilitates logistics for projects, assists with budget management, and conducts data quality assurance. Previously held positions include geologist and geological assistant, where tasks involved analyzing drill core and preparing samples for analysis. Prior experience at Mae's Landscaping as a crew leader included project management, client consultations, and equipment handling. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from The University of British Columbia and completed a University Field School in Coastal Wildlife Ecology and Science Communication at Bamfield Marine Science Centre in 2019.
