Ann M. Knutson

Ann Knutson is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and education, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the Graduate School of Banking since March 2024 and as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Equity Bank since June 2023. Previously, Ann held the position of Senior Vice President at Summit Credit Union from January 2022 to May 2023 and served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bank Five Nine from January 2008 to January 2022. Ann's teaching experience includes a role as a Business Education Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College, where Ann focused on Human Resources and Talent Development. Earlier in Ann's career, significant experience was gained as a Human Resources Manager and Consultant at American Family Insurance. Ann holds a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Additionally, Ann completed further banking education at the Graduate School of Banking from 2013 to 2015.
