Chris Ouimet

Chris Ouimet is an experienced Human Resources leader currently serving as Acting CHRO at Motorola Solutions since May 2014, leading the global HR function. Prior to this role, Chris served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources from February 2005, overseeing the global Business HR team and partnering with business leaders to align HR programs with business strategies across multiple regions. Additionally, Chris led the Global Business Human Resources team for the Enterprise Mobility Solutions division, which encompasses 15,000 employees and generates $9 billion in revenue. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
