Dawn Buchko, CTP

Dawn Buchko, CTP, has a strong background in treasury management and cash management. Dawn started their career at Oxford Bank & Trust as a Credit Analyst, where they analyzed financial statements, underwrote commercial loans, and monitored loan portfolios. Dawn then moved on to Andrew Corporation as a Senior Treasury Analyst, where they were responsible for cash management, wire transfers, and investment and debt analysis. At First Industrial Realty Trust, Dawn served as a Senior Treasury Analyst and AP/AR/Treasury Manager. In this role, they managed domestic and international cash management, conducted investment analysis, and issued/manage standby letters of credit. Dawn also provided cash forecasting three times a week. Currently, Dawn is working at Equity Commonwealth, where they have held various roles, including Treasury Manager, Director-Treasury, and VP-Treasury. In these positions, they have been responsible for cash management, paying customers, compiling cash positions, providing cash forecasts, and monitoring bank deposits. Dawn's work experience shows their expertise in treasury management and their ability to handle diverse responsibilities in this field.

Dawn Buchko, CTP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Int'l Business & Global Studies from Valparaiso University. Dawn attended Valparaiso University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Merrillville High School from 1992 to 1995. In 2011, they obtained their certification as a Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals.
