Leonard Wabuke

Leonard Wabuke is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) specialist with extensive experience in research, project coordination, and program implementation across various development initiatives in Kenya and multiple African countries. Currently serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Equity Group Foundation, Leonard has previously held roles such as a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Council of Governors - Kenya and a MERL Consultant for SoCha, LLC on a USAID project. Their expertise includes designing robust monitoring systems, conducting impact evaluations, and managing comprehensive performance monitoring plans. Leonard holds a Master's degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nairobi.
