Mike Hoban is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset management and real estate. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Equity Industrial Partners Corp. since May 2021, Mike has previously worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Haynes Management Inc. for nearly eight years. With a strong foundation in coaching, Mike holds dual roles as Varsity Head and Assistant Hockey Coach for Needham Public Schools since October 2013. Mike's background also includes internships in property management and relationship management, as well as experience as a professional hockey player with the Fort Wayne Komets. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Boston University.
