George Galiounghi

George Galiounghi, LCAM, CMCA, has extensive experience in property management and financial services. Currently serving as the General Manager for the South Florida Region at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. since 2011, George oversees two luxury communities, managing staff and operational budgets. Previously, George worked as a Property Manager at Del Asset Holdings, where direct resident interaction and tenant relationships were prioritized. Previously held positions include Loan Officer at Standard Pacific Homes, where George closed an average of $3 million in loans monthly, and Mortgage Home Originator at Home Loan USA, achieving a significant increase in loan capture rates. George began a career as a Client Financial Analyst at Citi, recognized for outstanding performance in Florida’s dollar-cost averaging programs. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
