John Newton

John Newton has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry. John is currently serving as the Vice President of Asset Management at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc., a leading operator of Manufactured Home Communities, RV Resorts, Campgrounds, and Marinas in North America. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Vice President at KMI International, where they provided construction and project management advisory services. John also served as the Senior Director of Project Management at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, overseeing the delivery of annual capital spend across the company's global portfolio. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of PM Group Global Business Development at Hill International, Inc., providing construction consulting services. John also held leadership roles at E.C. Harris U.S. Inc / Arcadis, Luton Gateway, Quinlan Private Golub, D.E. Clegg Ltd, Frontier Estates, and Blue Circle Properties, where they gained experience in various aspects of project management, development, and construction.

John Newton attended the University of Westminster from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate & Construction Management.
