John Owens

John Owens has extensive work experience in the field of tax. John began their career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in 2003 as a Tax Analyst and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. and held various roles, including Senior Tax Analyst, Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, Tax Director, Senior Tax Director, and most recently Vice President of Tax since April 2022. John'sresponsibilities and expertise in tax have progressed throughout their career.

John Owens has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997. John later pursued a JD degree in Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, attaining it from 1997 to 2000.
