Artur Papoyan

Artur Papoyan is a Valuations Consultant at Equity Methods since August 2022, specializing in quantitative valuations for Complex Financial Instruments and equity compensation instruments, utilizing advanced models such as Monte Carlo simulations and Black-Scholes-Merton. Artur leads valuation processes, mentors new associates, and has engaged with over 100 clients on significant valuation projects, including a $600M business valuation. Prior to this role, Artur served as a Valuations Associate, focusing on data analysis and Incremental Borrowing Rate analysis for both private and public companies. Artur's professional journey began with an Investment Banking Internship at ARMSWISSBANK​ CJSC, where foundational skills in financial modeling and market analysis were developed. Artur holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the American University of Armenia.
