Christopher Plati

Christopher Plati is the Vice President of Construction Services at Equity Residential, overseeing capital construction projects for a portfolio of approximately 40 high-rise buildings in the New York City area since August 2011. Prior to this role, Christopher served as the Director of Engineering and Construction at The Standard New York Hotel and the Director of Engineering at Andre Balazs Properties. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Engineering at both the Metropolitan Club, where a $25 million renovation was managed, and W Hotels, where Christopher contributed to the openings of W Times Square and W San Diego Hotels. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 1990.
