David Semyck

David Semyck currently serves as Vice President of Technology Services at Equity Residential since August 2022. Prior to this role, David was the Director of Property IT Infrastructure for Retail at Brookfield Properties from March 2017 to August 2022 and worked as a Project Manager at GGP from May 2013 to March 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Abbott Laboratories - STARLiMS from January 2011 to April 2013 and Senior Support Manager at Porter Lee Corporation from January 2006 to January 2011, where responsibilities included managing projects, setting up servers, and maintaining databases. David's career began as IT Coordinator at Weber Grill Restaurants from May 2002 to December 2005, managing all IT services, and as Account Manager at Creative Distribution INC. from October 2000 to May 2002. David holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, as well as a degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
