Erick Garcia

Erick Garcia, M.A., currently serves as Vice President of Centralized Operations at Equity Residential, beginning in September 2022. In this role, Erick is responsible for the development and implementation of the long-term strategy for centralization, enhancing the Centralized Customer Experience throughout various stages of the customer journey. Previously, Erick held multiple leadership positions at UScellular from July 2004 to September 2022, including Director of Operations, where oversight of Contact Center Operations and strategic initiatives was pivotal. Erick’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Benedictine University.
