Sean Flynn

Sean Flynn currently serves as the HCM Manager at Equity Residential since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sean worked as a Senior Associate at Huron from October 2019 to January 2024 and as a Business & Technology Delivery Associate Manager at Accenture from June 2018 to September 2019, where project experience included Oracle HCM implementation and service delivery for global companies. Sean also held positions at Equity Residential as a Business Systems Analyst and Compensation and Benefits Representative from July 2014 to May 2018, and spent over a decade at Krames Staywell as a Senior Editorial Coordinator. Educational qualifications include an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia College Chicago (2003-2007) and a BS in Political Science from DePaul University (1995-2002).
