Tom Piecenski

Tom Piecenski has a significant amount of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Tom most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Development at Equity Resources, Inc. Prior to that, they held positions such as Vice President of Business Development at Equity Resources, Vice President at Union Savings Bank, and Branch Manager/Regional Franchise Manager at Real Living Mortgage, LLC. Tom also served as the Senior Vice President/National Sales Manager at Nationwide Advantage Mortgage and Market Executive at National City Mortgage Co. Tom began their career at Fifth Third Bancorp, where they worked their way up to the position of Vice President, Director of Consumer Lending. During their time at Fifth Third Bancorp, they led a team of residential mortgage originators and achieved significant mortgage sales.

Tom Piecenski attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Executive MBA case study. Prior to that, they studied Finance and Banking at the American Institute of Banking from 1988 to 1993, earning a degree in Finance. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the State of Ohio Mortgage Banking License in April 2011 and NMLS #391201 in January 2011.
