Penny Vinson

Penny Vinson has extensive experience in compliance and client services within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Associate at Equity Services, Inc. since May 2021, Penny is responsible for the surveillance of electronic communications and the investigation of potential compliance issues. Prior to this role, Penny contributed to Waddell & Reed from February 2006 to May 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Senior OSJ Principal and Specialist Investment Advisory, alongside various client service roles. Earlier career experiences include working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Cole Camp R-1 School District and a Secretary at Sedalia #200 School District, focusing on children with developmental delays. Penny is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas Grantham.
