William Wenke is senior counsel at EquityBee. William has extensive experience in transactional real estate and corporate law. William previously worked as vice president legal and compliance at RealtyMogul and as associate general counsel at Westwood Financial. At Westwood Financial, they specialized in commercial leasing, secured finance transactions, acquisitions and dispositions. William also oversaw the work of the legal staff and directed the strategy for litigation and bankruptcy.
