Additionally, Michael co-founded and currently holds the position of Director of Marketing + Culture at Uncle Waithleys Beverage Company, known for its premium ginger beer. As the Director of Community & Partnerships at Equity Platforms, Inc., Michael focuses on community wealth building through real estate and blockchain technology. Previously, Michael founded The Mastermind Connect, a men's group aimed at personal and professional growth through curated events and leadership seminars. Earlier in career, Michael was the EVP of Engagement at Sophist Productions LLC, where efforts in mobile fundraising generated over $100 million for non-profits.
