Mai Elteir

Mai Elteir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and training. Currently serving as the Head of People at Equivator® since February 2025, Mai develops and implements HR strategies that align with the company's goals. Previous roles include Site Manager at ADEC Innovations, focusing on production and administrative efficiency in Egypt, and various leadership positions in Learning and Development at Majid Al Futtaim, Scrub & Scrap, and Talabat.com, where innovative training methods were introduced to enhance workforce performance. Mai's earlier experience includes significant contributions to Allianz as a Master Trainer, developing comprehensive training programs and fostering growth within the organization's training center. Mai holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Ain Shams University and an IGCSE in Mathematics from Saint Fatima.
