Erik Koik

Erik Koik is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and consulting industries, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Equus Strategy LLC and STS Capital Partners, as well as a Partner at Manufacturing Made Simple. Since February 2019, Erik has been the Managing Partner at Windingo One, LLC. Prior to these roles, Erik spent nearly two decades as President and CEO of sp3 Cutting Tools, Inc., where innovative diamond cutting tools for challenging materials were developed. Erik held the position of President at Komet of America and led Ingersoll Milling Machine Co. as Vice President. The career includes significant leadership roles at The Urbana Group, Inc. as President and CEO, and at O-Z Gedney as Vice President of Operations, alongside previous experience as President of PSI, Inc.
