Tom Francis

Tom Francis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and engineering. Currently serving as the Global Leader of Business Development at EQYO - A Saint-Gobain Brand since August 2008, Tom oversees Applications Engineering, Product Management, OEM Management, and Business Development. With previous roles including Business Manager and Global Segment Leader for Chassis and Powertrain, Tom has been instrumental in shaping strategies for R&D investments and industrialization while leading teams in the development of advanced technologies. Tom's career includes positions as a Technical Key Account Manager and Project Manager, evidencing strong expertise in client relations and project oversight. Tom holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Exeter, an MSc in Design and Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University, and an Engineer’s Degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
