Ryan Selva

Ryan Selva has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and Operations Manager at E & R Industrial since March 2012. Previously, Ryan held the position of Inside Sales Representative at FCA Group, where responsibilities included servicing the MRO needs of Chrysler manufacturing and processing over 400 customer orders daily. Other roles at E & R Industrial included Inventory Logistics Specialist and Receiving Associate, focusing on inventory management and validation of shipments. Prior experience also includes mentoring at Winning Futures and working on experiential marketing campaigns for Campbell Ewald. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from Central Michigan University.
