Nisan Harel

Nisan Harel is the current COO at Era Living. Nisan has been with Era Living for over 10 years, starting in November of 2008 as the Renovation Project Manager. Nisan then became the Capital Projects Manager in August of 2009 and held that title for just over 3 years until they were promoted to Director of Capital Projects in June of 2012. Nisan served as the Interim Executive Director at University House Wallingford for just under a year before returning to their role as Regional Director of Operations in September of 2013, a position they held until their promotion to COO in December of 2018.

Nisan Harel has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Touro College, an Information Technology diploma from the University of Washington, and a diploma from Lake Washington High School/Northwest Yeshiva High School.

They work with Kim Mulvaney - Executive Director, Ida Culver House Broadview, Tim McCoy - CFO, and Lindsey Pelland - Executive Director, The Lakeshore. Nisan Harel reports to Eli J. Almo, Co-Founder & CEO.
