Susan Vahlkamp

Susan Vahlkamp is the current Executive Director of University House Issaquah at Era Living. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Operations / Marketing Brand Ambassador for The ROI Firm from September 2007 to August 2008. In this role, they managed all stages of promotions and operations, including scheduling, budget management, and special projects. Susan also coordinated multi-state P2P promotions and managed 20 employees. Additionally, they reorganized reporting and analysis processes and implemented daily progress reports to efficiently allocate resources and expedite contract completion. As a result of their efforts, they were able to increase the redemption rate by 200% during the promotional period.

Before their time at The ROI Firm, Susan Vahlkamp was a Student Brand Manager at Red Bull from June 2006 to May 2007. In this role, they were responsible for representing the Red Bull brand on college campuses across the country and increasing brand awareness through various marketing initiatives.

Susan Vahlkamp has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Washington State University.
