David Ward

David Ward is an experienced attorney currently working at Eraclides Gelman since October 2021. Previously, David served as Managing Attorney at Clark & Washington, P.C. from November 2019 to October 2021 and held the position of Senior Law Clerk at Shelby County Criminal Justice Center from May 2018 to August 2019, where responsibilities included legal research and collaboration with judges in various Criminal Court divisions. As President of the Memphis Law Health Law Society from April 2017 to May 2019, David organized networking events for healthcare professionals and law students. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Memphis iHeLP Policy Lab, a Student Attorney at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, and a Legal Intern at the Tennessee Department of Children's Services. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government with a minor in Sociology and Anthropology from Illinois State University.
