Lyla Fatima Yousuf

Lyla Fatima Yousuf has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Human Resources at HnM Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they played a crucial part in improving the company's productivity and growth through teamwork and leadership. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Aroma Associates and as a Volunteer at the Karachi Primary and Reproductive Health Society (KPRHS) where they led the earthquake relief and rehabilitation efforts in Balakot. Lyla Fatima also gained experience as a Human Resource Specialist at Jang Group of Companies, a Human Resources Manager at Time n Vision Advertising, and an English Copy Writer and Human Resource Executive at Nexus Design & Advertising. Throughout their career, they have developed skills in skill development, leadership, people management, disaster relief planning, coordination, and implementation, as well as relationship building and coordination with various stakeholders.

Lyla Fatima Yousuf started their education in 1988 at The City School in Karachi, where they completed their Secondary School Certificate with a focus on Science in 1991. Lyla Fatima then attended DHA Degree College For Women in Karachi from 1992 to 1994, obtaining a Higher Secondary Certificate in Liberal Arts and Sciences.

After completing their higher secondary education, Lyla Fatima Yousuf pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Karachi University from 1995 to 1997, specializing in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Lyla Fatima later enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Preston Institute of Management Science and Technology in 2003, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services, successfully completing the program in 2004.
