Brendan McCaffery has extensive experience in technical support and management roles, currently serving as Engineering Manager at eRAD since October 2009. In this position, Brendan has been responsible for supporting and implementing eRAD PACS and ancillary software solutions for resellers and customers, including radiologists and PACS administrators. Previously, Brendan worked at Verizon Wireless as a Technical Support Coordinator, providing up to Tier 3 support for advanced voice and data products. Brendan also held the role of Medical Records Custodian at Neurology Centers of the Carolinas, managing patient records for multiple neurologists, and served as Technology Coordinator at Green Demolitions, where efforts focused on expanding the company's donation base. Brendan holds a degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology, graduating in 2007.
