Sunil Prabhu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Undergraduate Trainee at Bharath Fibre Glass Industry, where they supervised manufacturing processes and established product standards. In 2004, they joined Proseal Closures Ltd. as a Quality Control Trainee, responsible for implementing procedures and maintaining quality standards. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Technical Sales Engineer at Business Tribune Company, involved in trading business. In 2010, they became the Production Operations Manager at Victoria Perch Ltd, a global player in fish processing and export. In 2012, they moved to Panache Investments Ltd as a Production Manager. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Head of Sales & Operations at CAPRI Group of investment (U) Ltd., overseeing marketing planning, target setting, and risk assessment. In 2015, they joined Eram Motors - Mahindra Vehicles Dealer as the Head of Marketing and later transitioned to the role of AGM, Operations, focusing on process management and profitability analysis. Currently, Sunil is working as the Manager - SMP & Operations at Eram Contracting Co., where they are responsible for recruiting procedures, sourcing methods, and employer brand improvement.
Sunil Prabhu completed their Pre University Degree at Canara College from 1997 to 1999. Sunil then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003. In addition, in April 2002, Prabhu obtained a certification in Industrial Training from ACE Manufacturing Systems Ltd.
