Guillaume Tartar

Guillaume Tartar is an experienced Operation Readiness Manager at Eramet since July 2023, focusing on strategies for operational readiness and stakeholder coordination during transitions from project phases to production. Previously, Guillaume served as the Feed Preparation Plant Manager at Prony Resources New Caledonia from April 2021 to June 2023, and at Vale from February 2011 to April 2021, where management of a 50-member team ensured safety, operation, maintenance, and project development aligned with production targets. Prior roles include Engineering Manager and Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent at Vale, with responsibilities ranging from overseeing engineering contracts to managing maintenance teams. Early in Guillaume's career, positions as Process Engineer at Petroplus Raffinage Reichstett and Shell solidified expertise in oil refining. Guillaume holds a Master of Science in Oil Refining from IFP School and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Management from Arts et Métiers.
